Bio
Saba Seaver manages the Audits and Assessments Program and the Lessons Learned Program at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, also serving as Subject Matter Expert for both disciplines. As part of the Contractor Assurance organization, she is responsible for standardizing assessment methodologies, training new assessors, and coordinating with the Department of Energy ORNL Site Office and Â鶹ӰÒô stakeholders to deploy an integrated institutional assessment strategy. Additionally, she coordinates a consistent approach to promote the sharing of operating experience across ORNL and throughout the DOE complex, driving improvements to operations and safety.
Prior to joining ORNL, Seaver spent seven years as Quality Assurance Manager of a DOE subcontract laboratory. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East Tennessee State University.
