Mr. Meehan has over 25 years of experience providing project management, engineering, and Team Leadership services for a wide array of design and construction projects. Specific project responsibilities have included overall project management, financial budgeting and earned value analysis, extensive civil design and field engineering, construction administration, team leadership, value engineering, project scheduling, and critical path analysis. Having previously held roles leading both design and construction teams, he is able to leverage his experience to understand and successfully navigate knowledge intensive project issues such as: constructability reviews, change orders and scheduling delays, long lead procurement, and problem resolution.
