Bio
Erica Heinrich is a technical writer/editor in the Communications and Community Engagement Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a professional certificate in editing from the University of California, Berkeley, Extension. Erica joined ORNL in 2021 and currently serves as the lead technical writer/editor for the Physical Sciences and Neutron Sciences directorates.
